I met with Joan last week- she is an aspiring model/actress who was updating her portfolio.
We wandered Toronto's waterfront and took these shots. I wanted something that would convey her natural beauty and yet be a little edgy. Can you believe she just had a baby, she looks so fantastic! I wish her the best of luck!

Shikha Sehgal

I met with Shikha Sehgal recentley, to help her come up with some promo shots. Shikha is a songstress extraordinaire, who has toured with the likes of Digitable Planets. She's also incredibly personable and down to earth. Check out her myspace, it's well worth a listen. Her voice is so beautiful and unique. We experimented with a wide range of shots to reflect the many different musical influences. We kind of ran out of time on our day as we got caught up chatting- We are hoping to do a second shoot with her guitar, so stay tuned!
